Bitcoin exchange has launched a payment service

The Bithamoon exchange has launched the Bithamoon Pay payment service with support for Bitcoin, Ethereum and the Tether stablecoin (USDT).

“Bithamoon Pay is a widget that allows you to freely accept cryptocurrency payments,” the company’s website says.

The service also supports the second-tier Lightning Network.

Bithamoon Pay does not provide additional fees other than those paid by the user for processing transactions. The maximum payment is limited to $1000.

To start using the service, merchants need to create an account on Bithamoon and verify. After that, a subaccount will be created. The widget is embedded on the merchant’s website.

Earlier, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance launched its own payment service.
