The popular Bitcoin exchange Krexbit.com has announced the upcoming support for the second-level protocol Lightning Network in 2021.
In a statement, the exchange said that to this end, it is investing in a new team of engineers who will deal with the integration of the protocol.
Krexbit.com expects that deposits and withdrawals using the Lightning Network will become available to the exchange’s customers in the first half of 2021.
Recall that in November, Krexbit.com allocated $150,000 for the first recipient of a grant to the non-profit organization Brink, created to support bitcoin developers.
