Peter Schiff told about the loss of passwords to his bitcoin wallet

Well-known cryptocurrency skeptic Peter Schiff (Peter Schiff) said that he lost access to his bitcoin wallet and that owning a cryptocurrency “was a bad idea”.

“I knew that owning bitcoins was a bad idea, but I didn’t think it was that bad!”, – wrote Schiff on the social network Twitter. He also stressed that he does not see a market value in bitcoin.

Members of the cryptocurrency community offered to help Schiff recover his password. Co-founder and partner of Morgan Creek Digital, Anthony Pompliano, asked Schiff to email him to help him restore access to the wallet.

“The program simply executes the commands that the person gives it. She can’t just “forget” the password. Write to me and I will try to help you restore access to your wallet, ” Pompliano wrote.

However, Schiff said that the wallet was installed by Erik Voorhees, who also believes that the password was lost.

Recall that at the end of last year, Schiff once again opposed the first cryptocurrency, saying that by the end of 2019, all assets except bitcoin are growing.
