Users of Samsung mobile devices can now access decentralized applications (DApps) created on the Tron blockchain through the built-in Galaxy Store app store.
The Galaxy Store has a new section for decentralized applications, where users can already download blockchain Cuties and Super Player games, and in the near future, other tron-based applications will start appearing in the section.
According to Tron founder Justin Sun, the appearance of DApps in one of the largest app stores will be an “incredible opportunity” for the development of The tron ecosystem. Users who are not familiar with the blockchain before will be able to start using various decentralized applications.
Note that Samsung – one of the largest mobile device manufacturers-sold more than 295 million gadgets in 2019, and the majority of smartphones and tablets had the Galaxy Store app store installed.
The collaboration between Tron and Samsung was reported in October 2019. At the same time, the Korean manufacturer added support for tron transactions to its Samsung Blockchain SDK Toolkit.
